In the cosmopolitan and central neighbourhood of Muelle Vergara, in a pedestrian street, next to a traditional market de artesania , the right place to live Viña del Mar´s essence.
From this point you can get walking distance to the most emblematic sights in the city such as: casino de viña, muelle vergara, mall marina arauco, playas , acapulco, los marineros, las salinas, paseos costeros de Avenida Peru y Recta las Salinas, Quinta Vergara , Festival de la Cancion , calle Libertad...........Flea Market which takes place on Sundays.
Nightlife is also just out the door. Very near you´ll find 4 and 5 norte y Avenida San Martin, neighbourhoods best places to find bars, pubs and restaurants. If you´re willing to get away form the historic centre, just net to the apartment there are different public transport options.

The apartment:

Cosy and practical home. 65 m2 in a four floor –with elevator!- and capacity for five people. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed , and the other one with thre simple beds. There is also big bathroom. The living room is a cosy and inviting space where to enjoy a relaxing moment making use of the apartment´s facilities such as TV, stereo, etc. it has a very comfortable sofa and a table for ffive . The kitchen is in separated spacious room, fully equipped for preparing the best meals indoors.A charming place in which to feel completely at home!
