In the cosmopolitan and central neighbourhood of “Muelle Vergara”, in a pedestrian street and paseo maritimo, next to a traditional market de artesania and in front to the “Acapulco”, “El Sol”, “Los Marineros” beach, the right place to live Viña del Mar´s essence. From this point you can get walking distance to the most emblematic sights in the city such as: Municipal Casino,Vergara Pier, Marina Arauco Mall, beaches , Acapulco, El Sol, Los Marineros and Las Salinas, Pedestrian Avenues like Peru and Recta Las Salinas, Quinta Vergara ,where the Festival of The Song takes place, Liberty Street. Flea Market which takes place on Sundays.
